The Trial Chamber informed the Defence that it would not accept the examination of several witnesses about the same circumstances. Defence attorney Vasvija Vidovic responded by saying that she would submit the final list of witnesses in the upcoming period.

Prior to the status conference Vidovic presented her objections to the State Prosecution’s material evidence. Among other things, she said that the Prosecution of Bosnia and Herzegovina had not proved the authenticity of documents issued by the Croatian Security and Information Service, which contained operational findings about Bojadzic.

“The Prosecution of BiH has not presented any witnesses in order to confirm the authenticity of that note,” Vidovic explained.

The State Prosecution rejected the Defence’s objections.

Bojadzic is charged with having tortured, sexually abused and raped Croats, who were detained in “The Battle of Neretva” Museum in Jablanica and Rogica Houses in Donja Jablanica in the second half of 1993.

According to the charges, Bojadzic was Deputy Commander of “Zulfikar” Special Squad of the Army of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
